IRA A. FREYDKIS, ESQ., (J.D., M.D.R.) is an attorney with 21 years of litigation experience. His key practice areas have covered construction disputes and a broad range of personal injury claims including auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability. Since 1984, Mr. Freydkis has successfully represented clients in over 1000 arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences and negotiations.

Mr. Freydkis now brings his experience and expertise to bear as a mediator of personal injury claims and construction disputes. Since 1997, he has assisted parties in reaching resolution in over 200 cases. Mr. Freydkis realistically evaluates cases, takes the time to listen to, and communicate with parties in a manner that turns impasse into settlement. This combination of legal experience and mediation mastery allows Mr. Freydkis to bring uncanny settlement potential to every case.

Mr. Freydkis earned his law degree from Golden Gate University and his master’s degree from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University's School of Law. He is an approved arbitrator and mediator for the Los Angeles and San Francisco Superior Courts, the Court of Appeal, and the California State Contractor's Licensing Board.

Mr. Freydkis is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Association for Conflict Resolution, the California Academy of Mediation Professionals, the Consumer Attorneys Association of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the both the Northern and Southern California Mediation Association.
